I went to chiropractors, physical therapists, massage, and seen a physiatrist without any prolonged relief, until I came to IPM. Dr. Moore evaluated me and put together a care plan that included all of the above modalities, but added in decompression and ESTIM. Every session I would have at least 3 types of treatments, multiple times a week. They even worked with me to set up a payment plan for the unpaid balance that my insurance did not cover. 3 months later, I would say I have had a 60-70% improvement. Dr. Mitz really listens to me and has the answers I've been looking for. This clinic truly cares about its patients and wants to get to the root of the problem to bring healing, and not just apply a quick and temporary fix. I couldn't be happier with the level of care I've already received in the first two visits! A huge weight has been lifted to finally have answers, and I'm so thankful for where I am now! This is only my second visit but I can tell a difference between the adjustments and deep tissue massages. I'm 38 years old but felt like a beaten down 60 year old. I scheduled an immediate-need office appointment visiting from out-of-town. I received a treatment of Massage Therapy/Bodywork (Jon Wannemeuhler) and an adjustment from Dr. Brandon Moore (Chiropractor). I have been going to chiropractors for years, and still do, but this was by far one of the best. Dealing with hip and leg problems for years, my body was completely worked and aligned and I still feel I am in alignment (which isn't always the case after a few days). I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of his staff, and even more so , the care and attentiveness that he provided when helping me. Dr. Mitz did not make me feel like 'just another patient' ; he listened to my concerns and complaints and suggested and provided services that he felt would best aid to my solution for the pain. The massage therapist was extremely personable and did a fantastic job. I'm optimistic that Dr. Mitz and his staff will help provide me relief, and will definitely use their services for any future problems.
