New Patients Welcome at Integrated Physical Medicine, Evansville

We always welcome new patients at Integrated Physical Medicine, Evansville. On your first visit, you will be greeted by our professional and friendly office staff. If you have not had the opportunity to fill out the New Patient Packet, you can do so in the comfort of our reception room. One of our assistants will lead you to your private room where we will gather some basic information about your history. The vast majority of our patients are examined and treated fully dressed in their own clothing. One of our chiropractors will initiate a treatment plan only when he is confident an accurate diagnosis has been reached, other tests may be needed.
