Once you start, you can’t stop.

A short course of treatment is often all that is needed in the case of an injury or misalignment. If you take care of yourself, and follow a routine of stretching and exercise that supports your recovery, you may not need ongoing adjustments.

Your bones grind and crack, and it hurts.
